First, I would like to thank Aaron at Achieve, Believe, Succeed for sharing this. It’s an inspiring story of a man who was addicted to alcohol & drugs, even did some jail time, who was able to reclaim his life by running, among other things of course, & became an ultrarunner. Hello. That’s a lot of mileage.
Running has been amazing for me in so many ways, I hope to be able to look back someday from a life makes all this look like the “before”. I don’t, however, hope I have to run 100 miles to do it…
