My Year To Thrive

Running Recovery Yin Practice

Trying to get myself motivated to blog here again, but honestly I’m having trouble doing it. I have plenty to talk about, personal issues, articles, & other blogs to share, but eh, you know how it goes. I’m either on or I’m off; when I get off track it takes a while to get back on.

And change – you know how I am with change. Getting a boyfriend for the first time in ten years & moving in with him is a pretty big change. Three months later & I’m still having trouble getting back into the old routine (sad because I live across the street from a beautiful lakeside nature trail where there are other runners).

Here is a post from Anytime Yoga I just ran across & thought sharing this would be a great way to creep back in. She shares her asana sequence she uses to relax her muscles for running.

I was digging through my reader, so you might see a few reblogs in the days ahead. Hopefully you will also see some things from me soon enough, especially some reports on the Zombie, Run! 5K app.

  1. Maybe take the kid running. Wear his little ass out! You can do short runs, make a game of it, and then do something fun after ward.
