Taking good care of yourself not only makes your life more fulfilling and contributes to your well-being, but it also extends to others.
3 Self-Care Strategies to Transform Your Life | World of Psychology
Since I posted the other day about running being “me time”, when I read this I wanted to share. It discusses Cheryl Richardson’s book The Art of Extreme Self-Care: Transform Your Life One Month at a Time. The post outlines three ways of improving your level of self-care, & has some really good ideas for making them work.
- Discover when, where, why, & how you feel deprived.
- Find your own rhythm & routine.
- Create an “absolute no list”.
